"Just a fantastic job. I needed a short notice cleaning for my real estate photos prior to my listing. Patrick came right out and gave me a quote and showed up in just a few days. Best part? He did such a great job cleaning, I didn't need to paint everything I had intended to! Can't recommend them higjly enough!"

"They were pricy, but came highly recommended. They were prompt in scheduling. Their main selling point is the quality of the prep cleaning. While the new deck looked OK, there were missed areas on the existing porch. The quality of the staining itself was variable - there were areas where they did a great job, and others that were missed, overlooked, or intentionally ignored. The eaves were among the intentionally ignored, and I was told "that's defined as part of the roof structure, which isn't included." Excuse me, but the contract says "clean and stain exterior of screen porch" - it does not say "screen porch walls only." Another ignored area was the top edge of the fascia and floorboards, which they stained above, and below, leaving a gap. And there were several other spots that were overlooked even after a visit to complete punch list items. I asked multiple times to talk to the owner but he never called me back. Next time I'll just hire a real house painter."

"Carlos and his brother did excellent work, in addition to painting, they installed carpet and flooring, and helped with small repairs needed- drywall, window screen replacement, and installation of an electrical outlet. Carlos kept us informed each step of the way, and completed all work with timeliness and professionalism ."
