"Andy did an outstanding of stripping 150 years of paint off the Marshall Point Light in Port Clyde, Maine. The metal was taken down to bright with all paint and extensive rust being removed. This was coordinated with the painters who primed it as soon as it dried. All residue was caught and collected in tarps for proper disposal. No dust was produced. The brickworks and granite blocks were also cleaned down to original surface for priming and recoating. The job was completed timely despite inclement weather. I highly recommend Andy and Aqua Terra for any such project."

"OpenWave Inc (Kirill) repainted our home?s exterior and refinished the deck. From day one he was extremely responsive?texts answered right away?and he showed up early, working from morning till night (and even a weekend) to keep us on schedule. Prep was outstanding: power washing, scraping, spot-priming, flexible caulking, careful masking, and full protection of landscaping and walkways. The results are excellent: even coverage, crisp trim lines, zero overspray, and a durable, anti-slip deck finish. Pricing was fair and matched his clear labor-only estimate. He left the site spotless every day and checked in to make sure we were happy. Professional, insured, and easy to reach at any time. We?ll hire Kirill again and recommend OpenWave Inc for exterior work and decks. Five stars"
