Customers say: Quick response
"He started off great, but the project took three months longer then he said it would. We have pine knot stains showing through on our trim, he left holes in the window frame where old hardware was removed and did not patch them,, and he did not caulk any seams between baseboard or on painted paneling. We did not consider this to be a professional job and wasn't worth the money we paid."

"Richard did a great job sanding and painting my deck and I will hire him again. He has good attention to detail and was meticulous about cleaning up. Richard is a new business owner and is working out his pricing and gaining confidence in dealing with clients, which of course comes with experience. Itâ s clear he has an excellent work ethic and is passionate about doing his very best. He has before and after photos of my deck that will attest to his abilities."

"Andy did an outstanding of stripping 150 years of paint off the Marshall Point Light in Port Clyde, Maine. The metal was taken down to bright with all paint and extensive rust being removed. This was coordinated with the painters who primed it as soon as it dried. All residue was caught and collected in tarps for proper disposal. No dust was produced. The brickworks and granite blocks were also cleaned down to original surface for priming and recoating. The job was completed timely despite inclement weather. I highly recommend Andy and Aqua Terra for any such project."

"Very competent, extremely energetic, highly knowledgeable, cleaned up every day and friendly. After a short delay due to illness, previous commitment and rainy weather, all stoppers were pulled out to get the job done. The roof looks terrific! We recommended him to friends who also had need of a roofer. Just a very minor issue with communication in the time before the job was startedâ ¦ reslolved quickly and amicably."

"Everything went wonderfully with this company. They were very professional, listened to exactly what my problem was, and explained to me how they were going to diagnose the problem and/or solve it before doing any actual work. Once they started, the team (three people came) worked together like a well-oiled machine. One was in the room with diagnostics, one was at the fuse box looking for possible problems there, and the third went into the crawlspace beneath our house to look at the physical wiring. Once the problem was found (there was a faulty wire beneath the house that had come loose from the junction box), it was fixed and tested within minutes and another full diagnostic was done to make sure there were no other possible issues. They cleaned up after themselves very neatly. They also replaced the light switch with a dimmer switch at no extra cost! Well within my budget, and came in even lower than their original (FREE) estimate! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Bergen County area.
