"Very happy with the quality of the work that Melvin and his assistant performed.  Melvin showed up on time and did a great job of powerwashing the deck and making minor repairs where needed to our stairs and railings.  Melvin came back a few days later and did an amazing job with re-staining the deck.  We have had friends and neighbors over who have commented on multiple occasions how great the deck looks now and mentioned that it looks like new. 

Melvin also helped with powerwashing and sealing our stamped concrete patio.  The powerwashing went well, but the initial seal coating didn't turn out as I would have expected.  Melvin and Lisseth were easy to get a hold off and offered to come back and reseal the concrete patio one more time.  Melvin just wrapped up the job today and everything looks excellent.  

Highly recommend Melvin for his work ethic, integrity, and professionalism. Will definitely turn to him again if there is other powerwashing and staining work that is needed around the house."
