"Phil has really got his act together. Heâ s quick and efficient and extremely well organized. I was especially impressed with the condition of his equipment and tools. People who take good care of their work implements almost always will also take care of your property when they are working on a job for you."

"Alberto’s team was great. They pressure washed the house. Stained the house and painted the deck. Also, they pressure washed the driveway, repaired the chimney, and replaced some of the railroad ties. They cleaned up very well. Very professional. They did much more than the “exterior painting” option category below."

"Pedro offered me the best price and quickest scheduling of all the contractors I spoke with. He was hired to clean my home's roof with low-pressure equipment and remove all the accumulated black streaks from our asphalt roof. It now looks like NEW!! With the great results from his work and overall professionalism, I will be moving Pedro to top of my list for consideration of my larger home painting project."

"They were great, friendly, efficient and built exactly what we requested and they promised. My photo from my phone does not fit. We look forward to working with them again."

"Nathan lavender did an overall excellent paint job on my outside deck and stairway. He thoroughly pressure washed and painted per the agreed upon estimate. He expanded the scope of work to assure job excellence without charging extra fee. The work was accomplished per the agreed schedule. I strongly recommend him."

"The people that we dealt with were very nice. No problem there. But it was just okay. I feel like the pressure washing could have been better. The staining job was ok. I had asked him to give me an estimate on closing in the back porch, which he told me he would. I had to ask him again, and he said he would have to me in a couple of days. He never got back to me."

"Great job and attention to details"

"They did the coating on our driveway. Flat out fantastic job! Very diligent and made sure everything was well thought out. 10 out of 10 I would recommend Scott and the team. Very professional."

"Reliable Remodel was not only professional and on time, they were worth every penny. When they started the repair job, a bigger issue relating to safety was noticed. We were provided with several options of resolution that were all cost effective. Despite the extra work needed for the safety issue, RR still completed the job on time. Every crew member was courteous and hard working. We will definitely use them again for projects as they come up."

"Josh did a small bit of demolition and laid new tile in part of my master bath. There was some intricate work and he did a nice job. Set a schedule, arrived on time and worked until he was done."
