"Great company! They communicated well arrived on time and did a 3 step cleaning process on my mom’s 2-story house. After all of the rain last year old and algae along with regular environmental dirt had adhered to the siding on the house. These guys came in and wiped down all spider webs, applied a treatment and then washed down the house. The amount of dirt that washed down the house was…..well, let’s just say the house looks fantastic now! Yes! We’d hire them again!"

So many folks really and truly do NOT know what they’re doing and they’ll charge you a lot more for the pleasure of their failed experiments. Gabriel replaced my garbage disposal and grounded a GFCI outlet, leaving no mess behind and clearly describing the work he had done. I would hire him again in a second (this was our first meeting) and we’ve already discussed the next project I would like him to tackle. Gabriel is also a pleasure to have in the home and is sweet to pets!"

"Pablo is professional and did the job well. We needed gutters cleaned and the gutter guards replaced. There was a considerable amount of tree debris and actual plants growing in the gutters with lots of dirt! I was concerned about clean up and he assured me they would clean up. He used a helper. Pablo put the debris in large garbage bags but the helper threw dirt, weeds and debris from years of accumulation over the side onto well groomed fern beds, lawn and a wood deck. His clean up was hosing everything down which created a muddy mess. There was no reason the helper couldn't have put the debris in bags to avoid all of this. I spent three or four hours cleaning my yard and carefully tended flower beds. This never should have occurred. The gutter job was A 1 but the clean up left much to be desired."

"Flex Painting was incredibly professional and performed great work. Our home was in desperate need of stucco repair, window trim replacement, and paint and they were able to do that and more. After our kitchen contractors abandoned our window replacements, Flex paint stepped in and got the job done! Bayardo even stopped by for one last walk through after we were satisfied with the work just to touch up spots he was not personally satisfied with. I would highly recommend their services and will be using them again when we are ready to skim coat our bedrooms as they are by far the most reliable contractors we have hired throughout our home renovation."
