Our house has very high ceilings with windows at the peak - great for ventilation but I did not even consider cleaning them, and I assumed the estimate was only for the lower windows. I was most pleasantly surprised that they not only included those windows and screens - inside and out - they also cleaned our 3 skylights and all the mirrors in the house !! "Joel was great. I needed a valve put in behind my refrigerator and he was knowledgeable about what I needed when others were not. He traveled an hour to put this in the same day as I needed a new refrigerator and they would not install it unless the valve was put in. My old refrigerator dies the night before so needed it right away. He also showed me how to shut off my water to the house and bough the tool for me.
