After getting three different appraisals, I called Shawn back and scheduled the job. We have a basement that needed a sump pump and overall cleaning. Shawn painted the floor and did not charge me labor for the sump pump installation and outside pipes which were installed to my. specifications. His plumber even opened the concrete floor to lay the interior pipe under the concrete then resealed it so the finished product is a smooth surfaceproductHis The crew arrived on time when expected , completed the job, and were extremely friendly and courteous. Took photos before and after to show what they did. Noticed broken gutters (I was aware of this issue, but had forgotten about it). Offered to repair those and I accepted. One was loose the other dislodged from snow and ice last winter. Repaired/replaced as needed-again reasonable price and they were already here! Very friendly, great customer service."
