For anyone with an Ipe deck, this is not your standard spray on of stain, the oil finish has to be worked into the grain of the Ipe in order to achieve a lasting finish. This is a tedious and labor intensive task, especially with the detailed lattices we have on our deck. Turned out beautifully oiled, looks like the day it was built. My deck had been neglected by the previous homeowner, and was in such bad shape that I wasworried I was going to have to replace all the wood floor boards.  Ray was able to clean and preserve the wood and made it look great!  I was home for part of the powerwashing and was able to see how detailed he was in insuring that he covered every inch of the deck.
 I had several large sections of drywall that needed repair, in addition to repairs to the ceilings where the new light fixtures were installed.  I must say that I was extremely pleased at the drywall repairs.  When I have had drywall repaired in the past I have been able to "see" where the hole was, but Ray's repairs made the wall look like it had never been damaged.
Ray assisted me with choosing colors for the painting I had done.  The colors looked great, and the painters were meticulous.
