MY HOUSE WAS VERY DIRTY ON THE SUN AS I HAD NOT HAD IT CLEANED IN SEVERAL YEARS. I WAS CONCERNED HOW WELL IT COULD BE CLEANED. JOEL SAID NO PROBLEM SO I TOLD HIM TO GO AHEAD. SEVERAL HOURS LATER THE HOUSE LOOKED LIKE NEW. HE DID SUCH A GOOD JOB THAT I INQUIRED ABOUT CLEANING OUR DECK WAS HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED IN 25 YEARS AND WAS MOSTLY BLACK. HE EXPLAINED THE PROCESS TO GET IT BACK TO LOOKING LIKE NEW. WE AGREED ON A PRICE AND A DATE TO START THE JOB. MORE TO COME."
