"I had a water leak around a window. Jorge promptly came and inspected it as well as all my windows. He took pictures of what he found. Very little caulking around the windows and there were gaps in it. He showed me the pictures and we discussed the work that needed done. With the Fall rain season upon us, he was able to quickly schedule the work. I really appreciated this. Once he completed the work, he took me around and showed me what he did.
