"If you need help with renewing your deck to its former glory, Try Deck Salvage. Carlos from Deck Salvage did a tremendous job with our deck and has done so for many years. We have different decks that vary in age from 45 years to 15 years. He power washes and then restains them for us, keeping them in excellent shape. Carlos charges a fair price, and he is professional and always on time for all the work he has done for us. I would highly recommend Carlos and Deck Salvage for your deck maintenance needs. Dan"

"Nick did an excellent job for an interior painting project we needed completed rather quickly. If you’re looking for an efficient, trustworthy professional, Nick is the smart choice. I’ll be sure to recommend him (and his services) to friends/family."

"Removed mold/moss From roof r he leaf filters gutter could have been done better."

"John called me back promptly after I called about a leaky roof. He came to my house, inspected inside and outside and resolved the issue temporarily without expecting a payment. He lives by The Golden Rule. We discussed what needed to be done for a long-term resolution and he gave me a very competitive bid for my roof issues. In addition, I opted to apply a shingle treatment that extended the life of my shingles. He and his team were polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. They picked up debris after they were finished and put a protective canvas over bushes to protect them. I heartily recommend Lapota Contracting for roofing."

"Efficient, Professional, and did great work. Would recommend to everyone."

"One of the standout aspects of modern was their service was great. Their crew arrived promptly each day, equipped with the necessary tools and materials, ensuring that the project stayed on track and within the proposed timeframe. Moreover, at the end of each workday, they meticulously cleaned the work site. This respect for my property and consideration for my day-to-day life was greatly appreciated."

"They were very forthright about the type and extent of work needed I.e. a thorough cleaning of all the cabinetry in our condo vs an actual refinishing. Also followed up promptly with some minor finishing touches. Highly recommend!"
