"We called Mr. Handyman twice and are impressed you get a live person for scheduling even on weekends. First experience was great. The second time however was disappointing. I asked the handyman to hook up our new washer (purchased a year prior, used briefly and then 6 months in storage). I asked him to confirm he had removed the shipping bolts. He said he didn't see any and the inside of the washing machine was moving freely so it should work. He said if there was an issue he'd come back no problem. Well, there was an issue as I put in my first load that next day and the washing machine shook violently and moved across the floor! I looked online for help and was guided to remove the shipping bolts! When I called to let the company know how bad this mistake could have been they said the franchise owner would call. He did, but only thanked me for letting him know as they learned something from it. No offer to help me regain my trust in them. Nothing. I won't use them again."
