David was proactive in scheduling, excellent in communication. He applied detergent before washing. The price on this job was very competitive. It looked great after drying out. At some point I may hire David to address a couple of really ground in oil patches, which could benefit from sanding. Thank you Eye spy!!"

Moving furniture and putting it back, taking strides to work around the wondow air-conditioners, and even being careful to latch the gate each time they walked in/out of the backyard so our puppies didn;t escape.
