"Excellent. The gentleman who did the work came when he said he would. I initially requested that my back deck be power-washed. He added doing the siding of my house because he said that he wanted me to get my money's worth since his minimum charge was $150. He also powerwashed my deck furniture (cushions and all)..was thrilled with his conscientiousness and willingness to see what needed done and asking permission to do extras. It was so refreshing to work with someone who came to do work and to do it with excellence. I highly recommend him. (am sorry I cannot recall his name, but I believe he was the owner)."
