"I broke a Skylight in our family's Cabin in St. Elmo, Colorado. Unable to get it fixed until next Spring at the earliest. Problem, we developed a leak in two of our older Skylights. Did not want to destroy a wood floor etc. Called Ian Simon and talked with him. Unlike the other companies, wanting us to wait. IIan Simon Roofing was enthusiastic about the project. We had a problem. St. Elmo Suburbs, are about to get snowed in. Within two weeks, he had visited St. Elmo and ordered the special skylight parts.
