"The service was acceptable, but it was incomplete and did not meet my expectations. The garage windows were not cleaned at all. When I spoke with the company on the phone, I was told they would bring their own water. However, upon arrival, they asked to use water from our house instead. I specifically requested window cleaning, but none of the window screens were removed. As a result, we were told that we would need to clean the remaining dust and residue ourselves afterward. I was also informed that the job would take approximately three hours to complete, but the crew finished in about one hour. Considering the work that was left unfinished, the significantly shorter service time was surprising. Additionally, the price was higher than the quotes I received from other companies. Given the premium price, I expected a more thorough and complete service. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and did not feel that the quality of the work justified the cost."

He is very easy to work with and is generally responsive via text. (If he says heâ ll be there at 9:00am, thatâ s when heâ ll show up. ) Iâ ve given him access to my home when Iâ m not there and heâ s entirely trustworthy. His fees are very reasonable, in my opinion. I will definitely be using Elvin for other projects as they come up."

"Have used A1 Painting for 2 jobs so far. First job was a pretty large area inside my home - stairway, halls, bedroom and a small computer room. John and team did a great job. started on time and ended on time. No issues. I asked 5 suppliers to bid, all 5 looked at the job but only 3 came back with a price. John's was the lowest bid and he gave me the earliest start date. 2nd job was a rush - just a chimney on the outside of my home which was peeling and needed to get done for a refi - once again, John came through - gave me a reasonable quote and job date. I now have the best looking chimney in the 'hood! Kelly did the work for the chimney and exceeded expectations - sealed the concrete to prevent water from getting in and creating more peeling.
