"Recently had to have our home four exteriors and patio refurbished from green mold and mildew after some years since it was last cleaned. We were hesitant looking around for an affordable yet great quality service for power washing around our area. After meeting with several potential contractors, Moises was the best choice. Apart from being a full-time firefighter, he is very diligent and honest with his work. Not to mention, his pricing was the cheapest and reasonable out of all the contractors weâ ve contacted. To be frank, we were a little skeptical at first since our patio hasnâ t been cleaned from black mold for several years (which was the most glaring to look at) and Moisesâ company had little to no reviews posted on Yelp and Angi. But after checking out his website, looking at his past work in power washing, and seeing his occupation as a firefighter, we thought we give him a try and heâ ll do a great job on top of the generous price he was charging us. Turns out he proved us right as after he was done by his promised estimated time. Half an hour later, everything was finally drying up and our mold and mildew stricken home turned into a bright and new shine all over. The most notable difference was our patio. We were so impressed with how he cleaned our patio and walls that we even asked if he could wash up some of the trimmings of our top walls in the backyard for a smaller additional charge and, again, it looked spectacular afterward. 5 out of 5 would recommend and hire again Moises the next time we need another cleaning. Surprised to see little to no reviews not posted yet for his excellent services that have been around for quite a while now. Again, very organized, prepared, patient, respectful and eager to answer any of our questions. Thanks a lot!"

"Prompt. On time. Great job!"

"Window and screen cleaning was okay; powerwashing the front and back decks was okay. Overall, price was higher for window/screen cleaning than for deck powerwashing, so it kinda balanced out. However, powerwashing results were not that great. I'll give them a 2nd chance."

"First let me start by saying Sal is a true professional. He came early to look at a job at my daughters house. From being up in the Poconos for 34 years that's rare. Let me now tell you about the crew sent to the house. Shawn, George and Tom were total Professionals and Magicians. Let me explain. From the start I was very nervous about them cutting up 2 HUGE Oil Tanks in my daughters basement with no way out but up the stairs of the basement and out through the back door of the house. Another thing was for them to get the oil out of those tanks before cutting them up. Before I knew it this crew had them cut up and out of the house. They did it with precision and not spilling a drop. I spill more water in my ice trays walking them to my freezer LOL. They work very clean as well. If you want the job done PERFECTLY call Sal. You will thank me later."

"Matt communicates very effectively. He uses an app to manage the estimate and payment and provides a clear timeline. He is flexible and willing to come during off hours. He was punctual. He uses very high quality products and is committed to the aesthetic of his work product. We definitely recommend Weber Property Services and will be reaching out to them for future projects."

"We recently had the pleasure of working with Marvin, Noel, and the entire Jeffries Building Solutions team on the renovation of our bathroom, and we can say without reservation that our experience was nothing short of exceptional. As everyone knows, renovations can be a complicated affair with various moving parts, and ours started with a complicated and unexpected leak. Marvin and Noel were instrumental in resolving this issue and working with our management company to ensure everything was completed properly. Not only did they have the expertise to identify the problem, but they acted promptly and effectively to fix it. They made that process smooth from start to finish. Throughout the renovation, their professionalism and craftsmanship stood out. They were always responsive to any questions and offered invaluable advice when it came to selecting finishes. But what really sets them apart is their willingness to go the extra mile and their attention to detail, which was unparalleled. I also appreciated their transparent pricing. The quote provided at the start of the project was the exact amount we paid upon completion, a testament to their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. In summary, Marvin, Noel, and the Jeffries team are consummate professionals who deliver top-notch service and craftsmanship. We couldn't be happier with our newly renovated bathroom and look forward to hiring them for future projects. We highly recommend Jeffries Building Solutions for anyone in need of quality renovations in NJ!"
