"Extremely friendly and courteous. Answered all my questions. Went through step by step on the process of cleaning my house. Fairly priced compared to other quotes I received. I'm very happy with the results. Highly recommend!"

"Hi I had a great experience. They were very polite and professional and did a great job on my home. They climbed that ladder and really got into all the areas under the roof line with the powerwasher."

"I have two wood decks and a bridge all over 20 years old the have turned dark with mold and grime. Jared and his crew first cleaned the wood using a chemical wash (safe for plants) and after dry applied by hand (brushed not. sprayed) a coat of stain/seal. They sealed not only the deck but also hand rails, balusters and frame. They moved deck furniture and grills. They advertise deck "Restoration" and deliver! Their price was competitive and the workers courteous. Yes, I will hire them again."

"The response from the owner has been fabulous. A whole team showed up. They pointed out a roofing issue that will need repaired. The quality of their lighting is great and they guarantee the price for 3 yrs. Call them if you are in need of Christmas lighting. I think they also provide mowing services. Nice people!"

"DWT did a great job painting the outside of our house. Costs were as expected, they kept me posted on timing (as nothing every really goes according to plan with Ohio weather) They pressure washed everything before starting and did a great job on the primary house and the trim. Dwight was very easy to work with and my house looks new again!"

"American Standard Buildings Services did an excellent job on pressure washing our house. They were professional, efficient and honest. Would highly recommend them."

"From tear down to construction, everything went smoothly. The took the time to clean up after building and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome. Quick turnaround!"

"It was good! I would highly recommend him to others as he definitely knows about painting and on what to do properly."

"Fantastic! Totally professional and would highly recommend."

"I hired them to power wash and seal our stamped concrete patio, sidewalks and front porch, wash the algae off our roof, clean/wash the outsides of the gutters and wash the outsides of all the windows and doors. They responded quickly to my inquiry, came out and walked around the house with me to determine what we wanted done, and sent us an estimate the next day. We had 3 estimates from others and this company was the only one who could do all the projects we wanted done and at a reasonable price - plus they were very courteous and pleasant. They were on time, helped move the patio furniture & plants, took two days to complete, cleaned up and returned after the concrete seal had properly set to replace the patio furniture & plants. We will definitely use them again !!!"
