"The Roof Wizard called immediately upon my request for information regarding powerwashing my home. There were two companies that vied for my business. The Roof Wizard agreed to complete the work at the cost quoted by the other company which was $110.00 less expensive. I told the company I wanted my entire home done. I specifically mentioned the pavers in the front of my house, but assumed the pavers in the back of the house would also be included. The workers did not do the pavers in the back of the house. I called the company and asked for the workers to complete the job. The owner of the company sent the men back to complete the work. One of the workers expressed his displeasure with having to return. The other worker was a gentleman and did the work requested. According to Home Advisor, I agreed to pay far more than their suggested price for the job. For what I paid, I expected the entire house and surrounding area completed. I thank the owner of The Roof Wizard for making sure that I was pleased with their service."
