"RAP did a wonderful job power washing my house and paver patio. I live on a busy road and the house builds up a lot of dirt; the back of the house faces north and gets a lot of green buildup on the siding. After Rich and his crew powerwashed, everything is clean, bright and beautiful. The pavers came out great, too, they look like new! Easy to work with and a really good price."

"easy to work with, reliable and fair. Did have one minor issue; over spray from the roof solution dripped onto my cedar pergola and wood Adirondack chairs. Unfortunately, it left streaks on the wood surfaces that will not come off. I suggest moving / covering any wood furniture or hardscape."

"Just had my house power washed with them. The owner Mike was very professional and made sure we were happy with the work. It’s hard to find the time to do these things yourself so it’s nice to have a trusted professional in the area. Will be using again. "

"I had Montoya and Sons estimate and perform an interior painting project. They did everything I asked for, and I felt that they went out of their way to make sure that I would be pleased. They got a color sample of what I was trying to match up, and on their own time, had the paint mixed to the exact color I needed."
