We wanted to have the house and deck power washed as soon as the weather broke. He contacted me in early April and we set a date. Ultra Clean did an excellent job. "I would highly recommend this for exterior paint jobs. Keenan (owner) was professional, thorough, and detail oriented. He promptly responds to text messages and accommodates last minute changes. My wife and I are so pleased with the result. He replaced rotting boards, sanded and caulked, masked, and painted our trim, shutters, door, and shakes. As a comparison, we had our house painted a few years ago by another company and the quality of the workmanship by Keenan is far superior. I wish I had “before” pictures.
