His presentation about the company and how they do their work was impressive and Jose was very professional and included a video that Jose shot while on our roof in which he explained not just the issues that were found but WHY the work was needed. One big tree over the electric wire was quite challenging but their crew cut the tree piece by piece without damaging any wire and near by structures.
