Our initial request was just to pressure wash the house, but after discussing our property and finding out he could also clean the roof, patio, driveway and sidewalk for a reasonable price, we agreed he would clean it all. We had the roof washed once ten years ago. The house, patio and sidewalk have never been pressure washed. We were very happy with how well he communicated everything and how quickly and completely he pressure washed everything! We had quite of bit of dirt along the roof line on the white trim, some algae on the edges of the roof and the patio, sidewalk and driveway were dingy. He used a softer pressure so he didn’t end up blowing off any loose paint. We were so impressed with the final product that we plan on having the house, etc. pressure washed every other year! He attended the meeting with our insurance adjustor (when drones assessed the damage) and did the communication with our insurance company. No money up front was helpful. Start time was sooner than we anticipated (less than two weeks). Two crews (one for shingle removal and replacement) and second (Bryan Lewitzke) completed window rewraps, awning painting and gutter screen covers. Cory even suggested using black shingles instead of brown, which we agreed to and it looks GREAT with red brick. Would definitely recommend Collins Roofing for making a new, quality roof reasonable."
