He even agreed to help me brush sealant on to my newly cleaned limestone stonework so I could avoid the hassle. Great guy and I will be calling him every time I need power washing. They thoroughly cleaned, prepped, sanded, repaired/replaced rotten wood, painted...and cleaned up. As the crew left each evening, they stacked their ladders and gathered their equipment and materials so things weren't scattered around our property each day. They did the entire project exactly how they said they would and I didn't perceive them taking any shortcuts. Their 14-year old son worked with the experienced painters so this really is a "family affair." As an extra bonus, Maria came out at the end of the work to walk around and provide a "woman's eye," though there were almost no oversights that needed their attention.
