"Royal T did an excellent job on the powerwash of my home. They were professional and went above and beyond what was expected. I would highly recommend this company for any pressure washing needs you might have. The owner texted in advance to confirm the appointment and arrived early which was okay. Excellent job. 5+"

"Very timely on response to request for service and show times. Very reasonably priced. Only thing I would recommend would be to have a written estimate of services and cost so as not to be confused on project needed. I needed shower floor tile "cleaned and re-grouted" where needed and Robert understood "clean tile and grout". At no extra charge to me he went and got grout and re-grouted where needed. Took them extra time and money but did not charge me more than estimate! Would hire again for other cleaning projects which they said they do."

"We were pleasantly pleased with the attention all of the crew gave to the job. Our house is a French Mansard and was a large challenging job as we had been dealing with leaks for years. All preventitive measures were installed to ensure that there would be no more leaks. All were responsive to our many questions and concerns. Walter, the Project Manager, was on site for most of the project. Overall home genius did a great job"

"Eden Hidalgo is timely kind, efficient and budget conscious. I recommend her to anyone. I contacted her to help with my nephew's home while her in TN caring for my frail sister. Neither of us, at our over-70 age, was up to doing floors with three dogs in the house in house. Eden did a three-bedroom floor space that was sorely in need in two hours!"

"Asked for an expedited service on a Saturday; they came the next day. Fantastic team. Very kind and thoughtful. Went above and beyond to help. Thank you. Great job."

"The work was done well. I just felt I was quoted high but I really needed to get the job done."

"Finding someone to replace screens in a screen porch is not easy. Fortunately, Quentin, who is the primary person at SceniQ, is very capable to doing this and does it well. We had a large screen porch with the screens attached via wood from the outside. He was able to remove all the wood slats, put in new screens, and reattach the wood slats correctly (not an easy job, since the slats contained special twist latches to attach our screen protectors. He did an excellent job. Quentin lets you know what is occurring and he is extremely personable. His rates are very reasonable. If you use SceniQ, you should not be in a rush to get things done, as Quentin works at his own pace, but is extremely meticulous."
