In about two weeks, he had visited our cabin and took measurements. Then returned to Colorado Springs in order to order the Skylights and roofing materials. He also explained why he was recommending new flashing. An Architech friend of mine explained. That he always orders this new flashing. He said because, it works. Bottom Line, fixed theleaks before they did major damages. Then improved the roof and installed upgraded water proofing."
