"After looking around to find someone to power-wash our house and roof, we turned to Home Advisor. We quickly received calls from 3 contractors, and met with 2. Eco-Safe Roof Wash was the first to respond, and gave us a favorable and detailed written estimate. Domenic Cianci, the owner, returned a week later with his crew, as agreed upon. They completed the job in one day. Our primary concern at the start was possible damage to our cement fiber siding. Dominic was familiar with this product, and performed the job expertly. The moss coating has been completely removed from the siding and roof, so that our house is again white, and there has been no apparent damage to either. I have no hesitation to recommending them to others, or to have them return in the future."

"Renes came to our newly purchased condo and, after a thorough inspection, gave us a very reasonable written detailed estimate of the painting work that we had requested. He noticed details about the work to be done that other painting contractors had not mentioned to us. Communication with him and his office manager was always prompt and helpful. The interior painting job took four days (which is exactly how long he had told us that it would take) and was beautifully done, with real attention to detail. After we had picked out the specific Benjamin Moore colors and paint sheen to be used (with advice from Renes), Renes bought all of the paint (at a contractor's discount) and started the job three days after we had decided to hire him. All of his workers were prompt and friendly and did an excellent job of safely moving two large china cabinets. We inspected the work each day (with Renes proudly showing us specific details of repairs that he had done so the painting would be effective in certain areas) and Renes was quick to accept the small suggestions that we made. After completing the work, Renes left us the leftover paint in case touch ups were needed and he and his workers cleaned up everything. The paint job itself was perfect -- no paint bleed-overs onto the trim, no paint marks on the floors or windows, and no extra charges over the original written estimate that we had been given. We would happily hire R & J Painting again!"

We came to an agreement on the price and the date when he would do the work. We needed to reschedule once because of heavy rain, but on the rescheduled day he and his crew showed up promptly (even though it was raining) and completed the project in one day. I asked if he would power wash a portion of my driveway that had turned green from water slowly releasing from my gutters and he did this at no additional cost. We noticed that one shingle had accidentally been damaged during the cleaning. Lou accepted a partial payment for the project until he could repair the shingle, which he did promptly. I believe that Lou conducts his work with pride and integrity, and that he will stand behind what he does. I will be sure to call him the next time I need work of this kind done on my house."
