Because of the kind of job it was he had a pretty good idea in his head what he was going to charge. I went and bought a faucet he came over removed the old installed the new had to go to the store to get a couple parts. He came exactly on time. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. And he charged exactly what he said it was going to be. He was very friendly, very professional and even gave me ideas for the future to maintain the faucets performance. I honestly don't know what else anyone would be looking for. I'm not sure your coating this I'm just saying it like it was. It was an absolute positive experience that I was hoping I would get. The only issue I have is that I called the evening before he painted and told him I wanted to change the color for the front hall, and I still gave him a 4 1/2 because it is not a huge deal to me, but now I need to change the color of the inside of the door. Otherwise a beautiful job."
