I had green growth on my siding and porch railings as well as a general buildup of dirt on the surface of white trim. I was preparing to paint and wanted the power washing done before hand to make sure the paint would have a clean surface to adhere to. I almost cancelled the painters after City Clean completed their work. All of the green growth and dirt was completely gone and the white trim was bright white.
