Didn't try to push more costly options, provided a good assessment to allow us to decide. Takes video and explains what is causing the issue and ways to repair it. Work was done in the time promised. There was an issue with one area still leaking but he got that the crew back out quickly and said we did not have to pay until we had a hard enough rain to see that there were no leaks. The crew cleaned up everything. Will definitely call again if I need roofing work again."
