Because of the kind of job it was he had a pretty good idea in his head what he was going to charge. I went and bought a faucet he came over removed the old installed the new had to go to the store to get a couple parts. He came exactly on time. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. And he charged exactly what he said it was going to be. He was very friendly, very professional and even gave me ideas for the future to maintain the faucets performance. "Tony did a wonderful job repairing and painting walls with very high cathedral ceilings. He did the bathroom, kitchen, and entrance hall in a day and a half for a very reasonable cost. The only issue I have is that I called the evening before he painted and told him I wanted to change the color for the front hall, and I still gave him a 4 1/2 because it is not a huge deal to me, but now I need to change the color of the inside of the door. Otherwise a beautiful job."
