"I hired Paul to inspect our 20 year old second story wood deck because I was concerned that it needed replacing. He provided lots of information and advice on repairs to make. Good news was that a new deck is not needed. He suggested specific hardware to purchase for the repairs and showed me exactly how to make them. Other were giving a 1-2 year warranty only. Also fixed bent garage door at no extra price !! Previous spring broke in 1.5 years of use and hopefully this one lasts 5-7 years."
