  • Amys Home Improvement Contractor LLC

"Jacob is the Best! I hired him to start new home improvements in my home I just purchased and he ended up helping me with a crisis that happened due to bad installation from a contractor that didnâ t know what they was doing which caused a lot of damage. He stopped what he was doing to assure that all water was turned off and helped me with my neighbors issue as well! Very detailed and knowledgeable about everything that needed to be done to assure no other issues will occur. Thank you Jacob for your time and patience! I will always have your company do all the work on my home . And I have already referred you to friends and family ! Be Blessed! "

  • Oscars Handyman Services

"Oscar and staff did a fantastic job completing various handyman work around my home, including repair exterior wall trim, replace recessed light, paint interior wall, and install closet shelves. Oscar provided all labor and materials, lined the carpet and furniture with drape cloth, cleaned after the work. It was very stress-free for me. Two minor issues, however, I asked Oscar to leave the leftover paint so I can use it for touchups when needed, Oscar agreed but took the paint away. The floor board trim in the closet was supposed to be painted but was missed. I texted Oscar concerning this issue but never received a reply. The paint was never brought back neither. "

  • L & E Contractor Services

"It was a pleasure hiring Mr. Estevez to remove a small partition wall separating our dining room from our living room. He did a great job with the removal, patching the hole on the adjoining wall, and painting over it. He was even gracious enough to paint the rest of the wall just to make sure everything matches. If you're looking for an all-around Handyman who is honest, affordable, and does excellent work, look no further than Mr. Estevez."

Power washing (or pressure washing) is a great way to clean off stubborn debris on concrete patios and steps, wood decks, siding, and driveways. Not only will cleaning off dirt, grime, and moss help make your home's exterior look like new, but it'll also prevent build-up from breaking through various materials' protective seals.

Home washing companies offer two different services: power washing and pressure washing. Power washing contractors remove organic stains, including mold, fungus, and soil, with heated water. Pressure washing companies use pressurized water to push drier stains, like dust and layered dirt, away from your home's exterior. Depending on the surface, high pressure (about 3500-4000 PSI) or lower pressure may be used. High pressure can also be used to remove old paint, leaving the surface ready for primer.

While home pressure washing units are available, a professional power washer near you has the right high-powered equipment as well as biodegradeable cleaning solutions to really get the grime out.
