As our two year anniversery of hurricane Ian passes, I wanted to follow up and say just how thankful we were for finding Monopoly Properties LLC. to rebuild our home and get our lives back on track. The owner and his crew were absolutely amazing accommodating us with our living arrangements and the juggling of our four dogs. This crew amazed us with their precise talent, they showed up promptly and started working straight through till quitting time. They moved our belongings from room to room perfectly and made sure everything was covered properly. Patrick, the owner has not only provided us with professionalism throughout the entire process, he was extremely easy to work with. Monopoly Properties exceeded all of our expectations. We were blessed and I will forever be thankful for Patrick and his crew for making our rebuild run as smoothly as it did. We now have a beautiful new home, inside and out. Patrick Lyons was there when he said he would be. He's very fair and his quality of work is exceptional. I asked him to do certain things on my remodel and he said yes to everything. He is very easy to work with. I would highly recommend him for all of your remodel needs.

Patrick Lyons is the real deal. I phoned him and asked for an estimate to repair ceiling damage from Hurricane Ian. 1 - He showed up when he said he would. 2 - Work started when he said it would. 3 - the project was finished when he said it would be finished. 4 - His crew was professional and very skilled. 5 - He came and inspected the quality of his crew's work. Simply speaking, I HIGHLY recommend Monopoly Properties.
