Great service, knowledgeable, courteous & on time Thank You. 5 Years with them and is one of the best decisions for a homeowner, getting a great company to maintain and keep the AC in FL is crucial. I got my house with 2 older units and I purchased both units with them and price - service - warranty has been the best so far. As well they are always reliable and ready for emergency calls and problem solving is flawless, keep the good work to all the COOLSTAR TEAM.

It was the 2nd estimate we had and it was half the price of the fiest. I contacted them on a Sunday and Joe came out to see us within the hour. I found him knowledgeable and didn't feel any pressure to use them. I got a 14-16 SEER variable 5 speed for what other companies charge for a single stage. System came with UV Sterilization and they cleaned our ducts and rerouted our air handler and ducts for the stated price. They installed in a matter of hours. I would recommend CoolStar

Coolstar Air Service is great! My AC went out on Friday afternoon 12/31. I called a company that was near my house and they said it would be at least a week before they could install a new system and it would take 2 days to finish. I went on home advisor after they left and Joe from Coolstar Air called me that evening and scheduled a free quote for the very next morning (Which was NewYears Day!). His quote for the exact same job but with an even bigger and better unit was $1500 less than the first company! (located in boca). They came out at 8 am on that Monday morning and had the entire job completed by 3:30! I can't recommend these guys enough!
