    The person that came out to do the quote for the new furnace and AC was fantastic. O2 Kool quoted us a great price! Then the installers showed up. I am not impressed as we had some leaks in the ducting, they did not offer mold resistant material for the plenum box and they could not think outside of the box when it came to installing our vent pipe. They were supposed to come out to do the follow-up. We received a letter that gave a call by this date or we will not come out to follow up. We were not home and did not receive the letter until too late. I called several times but did not get a response. We have two more units that need replacing. I am happy I did not quote with them for all three!

    Let me tell you a story! I woke this morning with my wife telling me her mother’s heater wasn’t working. Being an ice storm just hit the Central Texas Area we were concerned. I immediately opened my Home Advisor App imputed the information and almost immediately CJ from O2 Kool Refrigeration and AC called. He was in the Marble Falls area and informed me that it would be about an hour and a half before he could be here. Knowing what kind of weather we had and how busy these guys were I said it was a deal. Wow! They showed up made a few adjustments to the unit got it working and then refused any pay since they didn’t have to do any repairs. Talk about wonderful customer service, these guys exemplify Professional refreshing customer service. I immediately put them in my phone contacts for future use. Bravo and Thank You for taking care of my mother in law.
