WARNING look elsewhere for plumbing help! Bad Quality: I’ve used 1-800-Plumbing for two projects — a sewer line replacement and a leaky hose bib. Both projects resulted in leaks that were worse than the original condition (I.e. 100% of their plumbing work created new leaks from the new plumbing they installed) Bad Prices: Plumbing in the twin cities isn’t cheap, but this is a huge premium over going rates. e.g. over $200 for replacing a shutoff valve, $600 for a hose bib (excluding any new pipe work) Services: Plumbing pipe repair, Plumbing leak repair

The mainline was backed up

We were unfortunately unable to fully clear your mainline with all the traditional methods without bringing in one of our preferred partners to hydro-jet your line. The extra hour of work allowed us to better troubleshoot the issue and identify the mainline needed to be hydro-jetted after snaking the line was unsuccessful. We estimated what the hydro-jetting would cost, and we're glad our preferred partner was able to provide you with lower, competitive pricing than our estimate. We had a faucet that the handle was not working to turn off the hot water anymore - therefore it was bursting hot water to the point where we could've flooded our apartment! We initially called our landlords who stated they wouldn't be able to get there until the next day, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and reach out to 1800Plumber's of Plymouth instead. They were quick to respond and confirmed that they would have somebody that day come out to see if they could fix the issue! They came a few hours later and were able to shut off the corroded valve that was causing the water pressure to be so high. Not only did they replace the old faucet, but they also replaced the handle of the valve so that it wasn't corroded anymore and I would be able to use it in-case we ran into the same issue. The plumber who came out was friendly and explained to me in detail what the issues were and why certain parts needed to be replaced. Very great service!

Having an old house means having old pipes. I came home from work and looked in the basement. Water Everywhere! I called on a Sunday and they were very responsive! They were in the basement with tools within the hour. Very dependable, extremely hard working and professional. Very reasonably priced as well. Definitely the best service I’ve ever had. Highly recommend for all things plumbing!
