"We take pride in being a company of integrity- so thanks for the candor in your feedback. We are disappointed that we haven't meet your expectations. Equally we are disappointed that your grading of our company went from a "A" to a "C" after the final processing of your credit card for the remaining balance due. We can empathize with situations such as yours and can understand how you might feel that way. What your posting didn't share was that we had discounted our services by >$1000 to accommodate what we feel was an inaccurate settlement of your claim by your insurance carrier. In addition we have documented > 12 voice messages or emails attempting resolution to the settlement of your account which was unpaid for almost 6 months. We'd love the opportunity to help you resolve the $150 portion of your invoice you feel was unfairly charged. It's just a simple returned phone call to us and a 5 minute call to your assigned insurance adjuster."
