Jennifer and Patrick were great to work with. They were punctual and professional and they went above and beyond in their service. I was traveling during the time the work needed to be done and they volunteered to manage the repairs, even coordinating other unrelated contractors for the repairs. They were helpful in finding ways to minimize the costs. The work they did was excellent. I highly recommend their services.

They did a superior job of checking my basement and the equipment daily, testing for remaining moisture as well as odors caused by the moisture. I had total confidence once this company was hired, that my basement would be restored to a dry, odor free environment. They were very professional, calling each day to arrange a moisture / odor evaluation so they could note the progress and areas of remaining concern. I would absolutely hire this firm again for any flooding service!

They arrived within a few hours of me calling them from a referral I was given of another trusted local service provider and went to work very quickly. I was really excited to see them and they kept my insurance company in the loop and went to bat for us making our experience very pleasant in an unpleasant occurrence of mold and water in our home. I will recommend them in the future as they are fast, experienced and trust worthy I can not say that for every contractor I have had in my home.

I ultimately decided to have them remove the area of the hardwood floors that was affected. They completed the work over a couple of days and came back everyday to evaluate the progress until it was dry. They were running about 30 minutes late, but they did communicate it with me, so it wasn't a big deal. They did an awesome job, and communicated with me on the progress while they were working. Since my insurance would not cover it and had to pay out of pocket, they worked with me on the cost. It took less time to dry my place and they removed less flooring than anticipated, which helped bring my total to less than quoted. I hope I never need them again, but if my place floods or I have a mold issue, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again
