Sean did a complete siding of my home in Stonington also put on a beautiful deck!!! He is very Conscientious, Thorough, Knowledgeable, very neat and clean with all his workâ ¦ he gets it done in a timely fashion and has great personality and very easy to talk toâ ¦ I trust Sean with all his work!! The inspector that came out to check the job even wrote across the permit excellent job!!! Sean has done a great job on many small projects at my Southington home also!!! I would highly recommend Seanâ s work to anyone that asks!!!!

We contacted SPZ Construction and Remodeling for a minor repair on a window frame that had deteriorated. Sean came out, looked at the repair needed and came back and did the work. While many contractors would not bother with such a small carpentry project we were pleased that Sean took on the project and were pleased with his attention to detail.

Sean has done work for me and my family for over a Decade and itâ s the best of the best !! I would never call anyone for help besides Sean Zito. Even if that means I have to wait a little longer .. itâ s always worth the wait ! Everyone values their money .. but Sean values his work .. Itâ s makes all the difference!
