Called Fontanero Plumber for clogged sewer. Plumber was on time and did the job in timely fashion. Customer service is very helpful and patience.

Iâ m very satisfied with Plumber Fontanero. They are one of the best companies that treating clients with their sincere heart, hard working and honest. They deserve our referrals and hiring more in the future. My hot water tank started to leak so badly and I know it is the time to replace it after almost 7-8 years usage and after last summerâ s flooding in basement. Plumber Fontanero has a very efficient team from the customer service girl April to the plumber Elmer and his assistant. She gives me an estimate on the phone right away, very honest and reasonable. And we made an appointment for the next day morning. The plumber came to my house and confirmed the size of the tank before going to buy it. Within half day they finished installing everything and even changed my rusted pipes connecting the hot water tank. Excellent professional job. Within half an hour we have hot water running. I was not in the house then and I asked my friend there. During the whole process, April was communicating with me via tex message about the tank size, model, price, accessories, and my various questions. She even sent me pictures when done and reminded me to register the tank online for manufactoryâ s 5 year warranty. He is reliable, knowledgeable, professional and polite! He answered all questions about our boiler while he was inspecting it and doing the maintenance before turning it on. He is very thorough…inspected every part of it and cleaned and vacuumed our chimney—which is essential and most important to avoid carbon monoxide! The fee was reasonable, affordable! We appreciate the fact that he put our minds at rest, for we suspected that one of the major valves of the boiler needed to be changed, and after a quick observation, he said the valve works perfect and the issue is actually the pilot, which is a much smaller part! Our house is nice and warm! He gave us the sense that he’s the type of person that we can count on for any boiler emergency! We will definitely call Mr. Fontanero for all our boiler work! Great, humble and nice family guy!
