When Rich arrived for quote he was polite and addressed me concern gave me a quote with a fare price. i called him back to tell him we wanted to use him he asked if he could do the project the next day. when he came to do the job he was very prompt and got the job done in 2 hours when he was done he showed me pictures of the work before and after i would differently use him again.

My call was answered promptly and professionally by Home Advisors and Rich from 100% Roofing came to do the work very quickly. The work was done efficiently and well. Everyone was pleased with the fine work. Thank you.

Richard came out did the repairs, on time,, looks great just waiting for a heavy rain to see if the repairs on leak by skylight works. He was professional and actually had a valid license from consumer affairs and was in good standing with no complaints.he also has been operating his business for over 23 years and doing it with great recommendations. I can’t say enough about him. He also was more affordable than the other companies I called, but even with lower price I felt he was the best qualified. Kudos to him

Rich called me within minutes of me using the Home Advisor site. He came over the next morning and we considered options to repair/replace my roof. He gave prices on the spot and we decided to have an entire new roof installed. He showed up every morning at the agreed upon time, working diligently and cleaning up at the end of each day. The roof was completed within the estimated time with no extra or surprise charges. He and his crew were respectful of my property, professional in their behavior and minimized the inconveniences of having work done in a confined residential environment. Very professional , had roof leak , Richie , checked out roof , explained what had to be done , quoted price , we agreed , told me what days he would be able to perform repairs , and time he would arrive .
