Reviews
Write a ReviewSeveral days ago I had my knee replaced (complete Arthroplasty). Turns out my Medicare Insurance did not cover referral to a transitional Care Unit. My daughter in law found a way for me to be able to go home to my split entry home and have much needed in home rehab services there. Using a Google search she was able to find a local company, 101 Mobility.com (5203 West 3rd St, Edina, MN 55439; Telephone 612-540-0700; fax 612-217- 4040). This company was willing to rent me a chairlift at a very reasonable price which installed quickly, easily and smoothly without drilling into the wall. The two installers were very cordial but also very professional, finished the job within minutes and left everything clean. I give this company a very high recommendation for price, quality of install, promptness and great service.
We recommend this company and stair lift products they sell. Michael (Owner) demonstrated and trained the Elan stair lift. Eddie and Eric (Installers) have exceptional customer service and superb knowledge. They prepped the equipment before arriving at the house. They offered suggestions and made optimal adjustments to meet his needs. Thank you for making Russ so happy!
After researching chair lifts and companies we decided to go with 101 Mobility of Eden Praire. From the 1st consulation to the installation it was all done professionally , with helpful friendly staff. The workmanship of the installation and product quality is 2nd to none. Thanks 101 Mobility
Edward of 101 Mobility did a perfect install on our new stair lift! He was very pleasant and knowledgeable.Did a good job explaining how the chair lift works.
Highly professional and responsive. Michael visited my mom’s home and softly provided straight advice on lift needs and other associate safety considerations. He worked closely with me to ensure my tight time requirements could be satisfied. Mike also connected me with other contractors for non-lift specific tasks (bathroom modifications, grab bars, etc.) and each of those has responded in a similar excellent manner. The lift installs went smoothly, thanks to the skills and industry of Edward. The price was fair — even better was the “holistic” counsel and help. I was impressed.
Peter installed a Savaria stairchair lift for a client of mine (I am a general contractor), they had the stairchair & rail in-stock and coordinated everything including state elevator inspection. The client really liked their installers and said the Owner Training was very helpful.
Thank you, Frank!
