101 Mobility - Raleigh Triangle

Paid for service call on first visit. Problem was diagnosed but replacement parts were not available on truck. That required another visit with additional service fee. That's why they didn't get a five.

Update: 03/04/2026. After 14 months of use, I must say that we've been thoroughly satisfied with our Bruno stairlift and the excellent service from 101 Mobility. Highly recommended. Wonderful people to work with. They are prompt and professional. Very happy with our Bruno stairlift installation.

101 Mobility of Raleigh is the best chairlift provider in the area. You save so much by renting the chairlift from them rather than purchasing an expensive one from one of the TV-advertised chairlift companies like Acorn. The chairlift we rented for my Dad was excellent. It never broke down. We chose to rent the chairlift from 101 Mobility for $150/month. It was the best choice. They also have a rent to own plan where you can use 75 percent or so of the money you've already paid in rental fees toward the purchase of the chairlift. They are hands-down the best choice in Raleigh for chairlifts. When my father passed away recently, they removed the chairlift and stopped the rental plan right away. Excellent and kind customer service.
