It was an absolute pleasure working with 101 Mobility. I was looking to rent a portable wheelchair ramp to get my stepfather into our home. The first and last call I made was to 101 Mobility. Liz answered my call and was eager to accommodate my request. I explained the situation and she invited me to visit the showroom to see firsthand what options were available. I was able to test each ramp and understand how to set it up and take it down. They worked with my schedule to ensure the ramp would be available when I needed and were flexible on when it needed to be returned. Without this ramp my parents would not be able to visit our home. I have struggled with MS for 15 years and credit 101 Mobility for putting a great deal of happy back in my life. For Christmas, my husband gifted me an SRE-3000 Elan manufactured by Bruno. It blends with the staircase, is quiet and, most importantly, allows me to enjoy the upper floor of our home. I've even been able to turn one of the upper bedrooms into an office for my freelance writing business -- a space I've needed for a very long time. I also now own a LiteRider power chair manufactured by Golden Technologies, which has indeed put my life back in motion. It is quiet, fast, and easy to maneuver indoor and out. I couldn't stop smiling the first time I drove it beside my daughters as they walked our dog in the park. I didn't plan on MS in my life, and the staff at 101 Mobility seemed to understand this crucial point. It's hard to accept help when you never imagined needing it so early in life. From the home consultation, to the demonstration of products and the installation, the people at this company are beyond compassionate. I feel so fortunate to have 101 Mobility in my life -- both their products and their people!

I called from out-of-state to have a lift installed in my parents' house before they returned for summer. I spoke to the owner, Bill, and explained we need it done quickly. They assessed that it would be a fairly simple install. We were able to arrange to have the lift installed prior to them arriving home as I knew my father would never agree to it (but he's the one who needs it.) 101 Mobility was amazing! They were professional, responsive, and very accommodating. Thank you for making it easy for my dad to get up and down the basement stairs. Best thing - Dad is ACTUALLY USING IT!

Great sales and service!!! Mr. Swartz was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He called me the day after our meeting to let me know he had a slightly used chair lift at a reduced price and gave me another option. I greatly appreciated his thoughtfulness and was very happy to accept the offer of a slightly used excellent quality chair at a lower price. Their product and sales agreement was very reliable and fit very well with our situation. The gentleman that installed the chair was very polite, extremely neat and finished in a timely manner. This was a purchase that all around has been a great experience and worth the price. My father-in-law and his girlfriend love the independence the chair has given them to move about in all areas of our home. I have already recommended this company to several people I know that are in the same situation and will continue to recommend 101 Mobility.

We purchased a Bruno stair lift and a Bruno swivel chair for the vehicle. Both products were expertly installed and the sales staff explained all of the features. I highly recommend this company.

the product is a great design with the up-wright rail that uses less stair tread. This product also offered retractable footing that can be raised up to prevent blocking access ways, such as halls . looks great, works well with room, and is color matched.

We rented a portable wheelchair ramp to allow my grandfather to enter our new home for a Housewarming Party. The customer service (Liz) was absolutely FABULOUS! She took an extensive amount of time to be thorough in explaining 101 Mobility's services, answer all of our questions, and make sure we received the perfect ramp for our needs. Liz's attitude and kind demeanor alone makes me want to refer this company. Liz worked with us to arrange for my father to pick up the ramp, and she even offered to be available on a Saturday in case we got the ramp home and it wasn't the right fit! Very happy with this company, and wish that we had known about them YEARS ago!
