My husband and I work in the real state business flipping houses and we were looking for a company that could do most of our renovations. We found 1040 Remodeling online, their prices and quality were outstanding! We really appreciate the fact that the owner was super involved in the entire duration of the project. We have done other projects with them now and would most definitely recommend 1040 to our friends and family.

I hired 1040 Remodeling to replace the siding on my garage ADU. They were fast, competent, knowledgeable, attentive to detail, and went above and beyond. During the installation they found rot in the wood foundation of my old garage. They showed me the damage and were able to affordably fix it for me. The siding work they did was impeccable, with lots of extra finish details that I've never experienced with other contractors I've hired, who often seem to be there to do the basic job while leaving me with things that I either have to repair myself or hire someone else to fix. I was especially impressed with the clean lines of the trim work they did around my windows, exterior light, door, and a difficult transitional area where the walls meet the roof. It showed a level of artistic craftsmanship that I wouldn't expect a contractor to put into my funny old garage that doesn't even have perfectly square lines to begin with. Additionally, in my experience 1040 Remodeling are some of the most pleasant people you could hope to have work on your home - they're friendly and positive while they're working, which is a welcome change from a lot of the cranky and grumbling workers I've experienced in the many years I've owned my home. And what I appreciate about them is that they come across as authentically friendly unlike the other extreme of smooth-talking contractors who act like they're giving you a deal but just want to make a quick sale. I'm grateful to have found this remodeling company and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a competent, trustworthy company for home repairs and remodeling.
