Quarterly exterior service customers and they have been responsive to any issues between service calls. Seem to have a high turnover and some of the newer techs are not as thorough as some of the more experienced techs. Communication is where they fail. You are never notified of a price increase until you have had your service and get the bill. They do not call, text or email you a day or 2 before to notify you of your scheduled date and time, they just call 15-20 mins before they are headed your direction.

I have left messages and still have not heard anything. The sad thing about that is, I'm a current customer and I'm trying to pay them. But the main reason I need to talk to someone is to find out why some service that was supposed to have been done 3 months ago has not been done yet. The tech that came out to do the inspection called someone while he was there and told them that we needed a few new traps. He But they want me to renew my subscription with the. I never had any issues with them until about a year ago. I'm not sure if they have changed management or have new owners, but I am really questioning signing back up for another year.
