Bathroom Remodel

Nick Bosanko is a THIEF. He may go by 11 B or 11 Bravo...either way...do NOT hire him. We hired him to do a bathroom remodel, and he has left us in the lurch. We paid him a large sum of money, he lied about pulling the necessary permits, caused horrific damage in my home, and then has been unresponsive for well over a month. He destroyed my home and took money from me. DO NOT HIRE HIM!

bathroom build went way over time, but the completed job took much longer than anticipated and the 1 year warranty is virtually worthless since i havent received any respomse for over a week.

Kitchen Remodel
We hired 11B Contracting to build a kitchen/dining room addition with a basement under the dining room. Work started out ok, although communication was a little slow. After 8 weeks of really slow progress, all work came to a stop. There are problems on top of problems, too many to list here. The owner was not on site most of the time to supervise his workers. After several attempts to try and resolve issues through the project manager all communication stopped. We haven't heard a word from 11B in over a month. We are out money and our house was left in a wreck. Poor communication, poor work ethic, poor everything. I DO NOT recommend 11B.
