Central A/C Installation
I hired Omar to install a new HVAC unit, just recently I tried to change the AC to Heat, Omar did come out and turned on the thermostat, cold air was blowing out, Omar said that he will go get a ladder and be back never showed up, I have been calling and texting every hour, no response, now I can not even leave a voice mail

This is what he did for me, Install a J trap on a drain for the AC, so now the water drains into the house and the drain was never run to the outside of the house. I now have a big hole in my wall where the unit was installed and it was never repaired. 3 out of the 6 vents do not work and the old unit is still sitting on the outside of the house by the street where Omar left it. The Old Thermostat was never replaced. I have called him for weeks and he will not answer his phone, but he will text me to let me know he is coming over to fix the problems? Oh by the way that was 3 months ago, still waiting!
